Use and care
- Wash by hand in warm water with a little dish soap, rinse and dry standing up.
- No dishwasher and no soaking — the wood can crack.
- Oil it once a month with food-safe mineral oil or board oil.
- The juice groove keeps liquid on the board when cutting meat or fruit.
