Delivery and returns

Updated 27 October 2026. Prices on this page are calculated with the same rates the cart uses; the price you see in the cart before confirming your order is the binding one.

Production times

• Ready-made products are shipped within 1–3 working days after payment.
• Made-to-order items are produced within the agreed time — usually 2–5 working days.
• For personalised items (engraving with your text or logo) we send you a mock-up to approve before work starts.

Delivery options and prices

Prices for parcel lockers and couriers are set by the parcel size class, just like the carriers do: we choose the smallest class the parcel fits into (goods + 1 cm of packaging on each side); weight up to 30 kg (DPD courier up to 31.5 kg). For post-office parcels and shipments to other countries the price is by weight. You see the exact price in the cart (“Estimate delivery”) and in the price calculator before you confirm the order. All prices are in euros.

• Pick-up at the workshop in Latvia — free of charge, time agreed by e-mail.

Latvia

Latvijas Pasts parcel at a post office (price by weight): 7.01 € for the first kg + 1.25 € for each additional kg or part thereof (up to 20 kg).

Estonia and Lithuania

Latvijas Pasts / Unisend parcel locker: 4.90 € for any size up to 30 kg.

Europe — DPD

Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Germany, Sweden.

Other countries — Latvijas Pasts registered parcel

To all other countries we ship by Latvijas Pasts registered parcel (up to 20 kg) at the official Latvijas Pasts tariff: a price for the first kilogram plus a surcharge for each additional kilogram or part thereof. Examples:

Long or large items: if the parcel does not fit class L, no parcel locker is available; the DPD courier carries items up to 175 cm long, priced by weight (up to 2 kg 7.68 €, up to 5 kg 8.68 €, up to 31.5 kg 9.68 €). If an item fits none of the options, the cart shows “Individual delivery” — we will tell you the price before dispatch.

Delivery time after dispatch

Approximate, in working days; the exact time is set by the carrier, and outside the EU customs checks may extend it.

• Latvia — 1–2
• Estonia, Lithuania — 2–3
• European countries with DPD delivery (see above) — 3–6
• Austria, Italy, Greece and other EU countries — 4–8
• Norway, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Ukraine and other European countries outside the EU — 5–10
• USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and other countries — 7–20

Shipping abroad, customs and taxes

• We ship to all countries served by postal and courier services. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
• There are no customs duties within the EU. Outside the EU, import duties, import VAT and handling fees are paid by the recipient; they are not included in the product or delivery price. If the recipient refuses to pay them and the shipment is returned, the return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
• United Kingdom: minimum order value is 160 € (UK VAT rules for shipments up to £135).

How we pack

We pack carefully — for example, an oak board goes into a foam frame inside a sturdy cardboard box.

Returns (14 days)

A consumer may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

1. Notify us of the withdrawal within 14 days: fill in the online form “Withdraw from purchase or contract”, use the sample form in the annex to the terms, or write in free form to info@3dp.lv.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice to the address we give in our reply e-mail, or bring them to the workshop. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
3. Refund: we refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that you sent them back.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or personalised (e.g. engraving with your text or logo, an item made from your file or dimensions). The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if they were handled more than necessary to check them.

Damaged or wrong item

When you receive a shipment, inspect the packaging; if it is damaged, photograph it and, if possible, ask the courier to note it. If an item is damaged or does not match the order, write to info@3dp.lv with the order number and photos, or fill in the product return request — we reply within 15 days and repair, replace or refund. In this case we pay the shipping costs. A claim can be made within 2 years of receipt.
