Can I order already?
We will start accepting orders once our business registration is complete. Prices, the calculator and Studio already work, and you are welcome to send us your questions — contact us.
How do I order?
Put ready-made products in the cart and check out. For 3D printing, laser engraving, laser cutting and CNC milling the price calculator gives the price straight away — you can add the job to the cart right there. For custom jobs (very large sizes, special materials) we send a written offer with the price and lead time by e-mail.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer against the invoice we send by e-mail, or in cash when you pick up at the workshop. Online card payments are not available at the moment.
Is VAT added to the prices?
No. The seller is not registered for VAT — the prices shown are final and no VAT is charged.
In which currency are the prices?
Prices are in euro (EUR). You can also view them in GBP or USD — for information only, at an approximate rate; orders are always placed and paid in euro.
How long does it take?
Ready-made products ship within 1–3 working days after payment; made-to-order items within the agreed time, usually 2–5 working days.
How much is delivery?
For parcel lockers and couriers the price depends on the country and the parcel size class (XS–L), just as with the carriers; in Latvia from 1.72 € to a parcel locker. You see the exact price in the cart and in the price calculator before confirming. Pick-up at the workshop is free. All prices — on the “Delivery and returns” page.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes — to all countries where postal and courier services allow it, except Russia and Belarus. There are no customs duties within the EU; outside the EU the recipient pays import duties, import VAT and handling fees. For delivery to the United Kingdom the minimum order is 160 €.
Can I order from my own file?
For 3D printing we accept STL, OBJ and 3MF; for laser and CNC — SVG and DXF. For logo engraving PDF, AI, PNG or JPG also work. By sending a file you confirm you have the right to use it.
Will I see the engraving before it is made?
Yes. For personalised items we send a layout for your approval before work starts.
Can I return an item?
Ready-made products have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive them — use Withdraw from purchase or contract or write to info@3dp.lv; the cost of sending the item back is paid by the buyer. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your order or personalised. If an item is damaged or does not match the order, we repair, replace or refund it, and in that case we cover the shipping costs.
What is 3dp.lv Studio?
Studio is an in-browser tool where you can draw or design your own item (text, logo, shape), see it in 3D, get the price and save the design or send it to us. Nothing to install. Studio is powered by dpCREATOR Studio.
Do you work with companies?
Yes — items with your company logo and larger quantities. Write to info@3dp.lv and we will prepare an offer.
How are my files stored?
Files you drop into the calculator are processed by your browser; they reach our server only when you add the job to the cart, request a price or send them to us yourself. Files are used only to fulfil your order and are not publicly available. Order files and designs are kept for 24 months after the order is fulfilled, unordered Studio drafts for 30 days.
