Frequently asked questions

Which files can I send?
For an instant price in the calculator: STL, OBJ or 3MF for 3D printing, SVG or DXF for laser and CNC — or draw it in 3dp.lv Studio. Other formats (STEP, AI, PDF, images), a sketch or a photo can be sent to info@3dp.lv and we will prepare an offer.
How do I find out the price?
You see an estimate right away in the price calculator. We check every file before production; if anything needs to change, we e-mail you before starting, and you can accept the adjusted price or cancel and get all your money back.
Do you make single pieces?
Yes. The price per piece goes down with quantity; quantity discounts start from 5 pieces.
How long does it take?
Usually 2–5 working days after payment; rush production is available for an extra charge.
Where do you ship?
To Latvia, the EU and other countries that carriers deliver to; you can also collect your order free of charge at the workshop by appointment. We do not ship to Russia or Belarus. Outside the EU the buyer pays import taxes and customs duties.
What is the maximum size?
3D printing: up to 250 × 250 × 250 mm (larger parts are printed in sections). The CNC working area is 600×400 mm; larger parts on request at an individual price. Laser work larger than the laser bed (381 × 305 mm) only in batches from 100 pieces.
